We are closely monitoring the weather for tomorrow, Thursday, February 6, 2025. We will communicate any decisions by 6:00 AM tomorrow. Please be aware that a half day early release is a possibility given the timing of the anticipated icing.

Ice skating is still going on as some classes needed to rescedule. A special edition newsletter of just ice skating will go out next week! Thank you ELC families! Together we collected an additional $111 for the American Red Cross. When combined with TES, this puts the donation to just over $1,000 to help support those affected by the LA Wildfires.

ELC families don't forget that tomorrow is our fundraiser for the LA Wildfires to help those who lost their schools, neighborhoods, and businesses. Please only donate if possible. Our teachers will collect the $1 at the beginning of each session and a donation will be made at the end of the day to the American Red Cross Los Angeles region.

The ELC Super Friends are hoping too help out our LA Super Friends that were affected by the devasting LA Wildfires by asking each student to bring in $1, if possible, on Wednesday, January 22nd. Many in the LA area lost their homes, schools, and businesses. 100% of proceeds will go to the American Red Cross Los Angeles region. Thank you to Mr. Rendell and Mr. Henry for spearheading the cause.

It was a chilly week! Just a reminder that there is no school next Friday the 17th. It is a half day for the rest of the district for professional development. 🎉 Preschool Open House - Tuesday, January 7th! 🎉 We are excited to invite new families to our Preschool Open House next Tuesday from 6:00-7:30 PM for the 2025-2026 school year at The Early Learning Center! Whether you're interested in attending Attleboro's public preschool as a future peer or are transitioning from Early Intervention services, we would love to meet you and your little one! 🌟 📅 When: Tuesday, January 7, 2025 | 6:00-7:30 PM 📍 Where: The Early Learning Center: 160 James Street, Attleboro To be eligible as a community peer, children must be 3 years old by September 1, 2025, an Attleboro resident, and pass a developmental screening. After the open house, the sign-up link for developmental screenings will go live! Please note that every student must have a screening to be considered for a spot in the lottery. Screenings will be scheduled for February and March 2025. We can’t wait to welcome new families to our preschool community!

🎉 What an amazing day at the ELC! 🎉 Today, our Super Friends took to the streets for an unforgettable parade! Capes on, smiles shining, and the TES community cheering them on every step of the way! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️💥 And guess what?
